Returns & Exchanges

The Shops at the Denver Art Museum want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that certain limited-edition pieces and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our guest services team via email or through your account portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective materials to ensure art pieces and delicate goods are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to the Denver Art Museum Shop distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
